• A valid photo ID or passport is required for ticket verification and security checks.

• Comfortable, modest clothing is recommended. Smart-casual attire is advised for VIP lounge access or fine dining.

• Closed, comfortable footwear is recommended. Avoid high heels or wheeled shoes.

• Downloading the “At the Top” app in advance is recommended for audio guidance.

What’s not allowed

• Outside food and beverages are not permitted.

• Large bags, strollers, shopping bags, and suitcases must be stored in the designated baggage room.

• Prohibited items include sharp objects, glass containers, fireworks, pepper spray, firearms, multi-tools, and spray paint.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building.

• Pets and service animals are not permitted.

Accessibility

Additional information

• The average visit lasts approximately 90 minutes. Guests visiting Level 148 may stay there for up to 30 minutes before continuing to Levels 124 and 125.

• All visitors must enter through the Dubai Mall. Direct entry into the tower is not permitted unless you are a resident, hotel guest, or have a confirmed restaurant reservation.

• Outdoor access may be restricted in poor weather conditions; refunds are not issued for such cases.

• For the best views, consider visiting just before sunset or during early morning hours when the city is often covered in fog.
