- Your ticket includes a reservation fee for your chosen time slot, which must be validated 15 minutes prior to the tour start.
- Pass through the exterior security gate and proceed via the inner court and parking area to reach an internal coffee shop. Here, a CT&T badge-wearing representative will validate your tickets before escorting you to passport control for airport-style checks.
- No refunds are available if denied entry at security or if validation of reservation is late.
- The tour lasts approximately 1 hour, covering both the entry process and guided exploration.
