There are three pick-up locations: at Park Royal (150 Day Street, Darling Harbour) at 6:45am, Sydney Harbour Marriott (30 Pitt Street, Circular Quay) at 7:00am, and Sheraton Grand (161 Elizabeth Street, Hyde Park) at 7:15am.
