- The Scenic Railway cannot accommodate wheelchairs.
- Guests with serious back or neck conditions are not permitted on the Scenic Railway due to safety concerns.
- The Scenic Skyway and Cableway welcome wheelchair users.
- Prams/strollers and mobility aids can't access the Scenic Railway because of steep slopes and stairs.
- Guide dogs must wear a harness or leash at all times; carrying them is not allowed, but they are permitted on-site.
- Ramps ensure convenient venue accessibility for guests with disabilities.
- Sydney Zoo does not accommodate wheelchairs or prams/strollers.
A wheelchair or pram can be rented for an additional fee if needed.
