Accessibility
- The Scenic Railway is not accessible by wheelchair.
- Your safety comes first. So, visitors with serious back and neck issues are restricted from entering the Scenic Railway.
- The Scenic Skyway and Cableway are accessible by wheelchair.
- The Scenic Railway is not accessible by pram/strollers and mobility aids due to steep slopes and multiple stairs.
- Your guide dogs are welcome at the venue. However, they must wear their harness or leash at all times and must not be carried.
- Ramps are available at the venue for easy access.
Additional information
- Dress snug in warm layers; is known to have a chilly twist in the weather.
- Infants and small children must be held by a guardian as baby seats are not provided on the Scenic Railway, Skyway, or Cableway.
