What to bring

• Please make sure you have the necessary documents with you for crossing the border into Italy/Switzerland.

What's not allowed

• Children under the age of 12 cannot travel alone and must be accompanied by an adult.

Accessibility

• There are special seats available on the Bernina Express for passengers with impaired mobility who cannot leave their wheelchair. These seats must be booked by calling +41 81 288 65 65 or sending an e-mail to railservice@rhb.ch.

Additional information

• Children aged 6 and under can travel free of charge without entitlement to their own seat.

• Reserved seats will be attributed automatically based on availability.

• Standard-sized luggage is permitted, but space is limited. Travel light for a comfortable experience.

• Seat reservation for Bernina Express Bus is mandatory and not included.

• The ticket has a 24-hour validity from the beginning of the departure date.
