- Proof of reservation, either digital or printed format, must be brought along.
- You need a completed Indonesia Arrival Card (“White Card”) for all visitors entering Batam starting September 1, 2025. This card should be filled out online at least three days prior to departure.
- Appropriate golf attire is required: collared shirts, tailored pants or shorts, and suitable golf or sports shoes are mandatory.
Credit/debit cards (Visa or MasterCard) or cash in Rupiah (IDR) or Singapore Dollars (SGD) should be carried for on-site transactions. Note that Amex is not accepted.
What’s not allowed
- Last-minute bookings are prohibited; reservations must be made via email at least 48–72 hours in advance.
- The club does not accept payments with Amex cards.
- Golf attire such as non-collared shirts, denim, or sandals is forbidden on the course.
