  • Feeding the animals at any of the exhibits is strictly prohibited.

  • Pets are not allowed at the venue.

  • Consuming any food or drinks inside the aquarium is prohibited. You can dine at the cafeteria if needed.

  • You're not allowed to carry your coat, luggage, and personal items into the venue. You can store them in the lockers available for rent near the entrance.

Accessibility

  • The venue is fully wheelchair accessible and suited to visitors with limited mobility.

Additional information

  • Your tickets allow you to stay for as long as you want on the day of your visit.

  • Children up to the age of 2 can enter the venue for free. However, minors (under 18) must always be under an adult's supervision.

  • In case of an accident or malfunction, the site will be evacuated, and you won't be entitled to a refund.

  • The last time slot is one and a half hours before the closure of the Aquarium; make sure you arrive on time to make the most of your visit.
