Arrive at Hydro Watersports Dubai, Dukes the Palm Hotel Beach Area, 10 minutes before your scheduled time. After check-in, receive a brief safety orientation from professional staff and gear up with your life jacket before boarding the banana boat.

What to bring

• Bring a valid photo ID and your passport to match the name on your booking if requested at the entrance.

• Bring a change of clothes and a towel for after your ride.

What’s not allowed

• Participation is not allowed for guests who are medically or physically unfit, or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

• This activity is not recommended for anyone with certain medical conditions such as high blood pressure, epilepsy, or similar conditions.

• Children under 11 years old are not permitted to participate.

• Hotel pick up and drop off, tips and gratuities, and insurance are not included.

Accessibility

• This experience is not wheelchair accessible.

Additional information

• Participants must be aged 11 or above. Guests aged 12–16 require a guardian to sign a liability release form.

• Travelers must know how to swim to join the activity.

• Arrive at the meet-up location (Hydro Watersports Dubai, Dukes the Palm Hotel Beach Area, next to Oceana Residences) at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time.

• Your voucher is valid only on the specified date.

• Opening hours are Monday to Sunday, 9am–5pm(last admission at 4:30pm).

• Present your mobile voucher and passport on arrival.

• Guests who do not meet the eligibility or health requirements will not be allowed to participate.
