The venue is accessible for wheelchairs and prams/strollers. However, the elephant mud bathing experience isn't wheelchair-accessible.
- Children under 120cm are not permitted in the fun mud area.
- No babysitting service is available; children will be left alone in the restaurant during the elephant activity.
