No food or beverages are allowed during this visit. Pack accordingly!

Global Village

• The public display of affection, including kissing and hugging, is strictly prohibited.
• Roller skates, skateboards, bicycles, and scooters must not be brought in unless rented on-site.

No animals/pets, smoking, food, beverages, or travel luggage/suitcases are allowed here.

Miracle Garden

• Professional photography and drone usage is banned at the venue.

The garden strictly forbids food and drinks, scooters, bicycles, pets, hoverboards, balls, barbeque activities, and flower picking.

Dubai Frame

• Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the venue.
• No smoking is allowed at Dubai Frame.
• Avoid leaning or climbing over railings; do not sit children on them.
• Toys and sharp tools must be left outside.

Do not touch or remove items from exhibitions.

Note: This venue may not be suitable for guests sensitive to flashing lights, loud noises, dark spaces, or photosensitive epilepsy.

AYA Universe

• Amenities include parking, free WiFi, and a prayer room.
• No re-entry is allowed once you leave the venue.
• Children must always be accompanied by an adult.
• Please remember these timings:
• Sunday - Thursday: 10am - 10pm
• Friday - Saturday: 10am - 12am
• Last entry is permitted one hour before closing time.

Entry tickets are free for People of Determination. A complimentary second ticket can be obtained at the Customer Service desk with proof of eligibility.

Global Village

• Entrance gates close half an hour prior to Global Village's closing time.
• This admission only covers entry; shopping, food, entertainment, rides, and shows incur additional charges.
• Tickets are valid for a single visit between October 15, 2025, and May 10, 2026, or as designated by circumstances.
• Reserved days: Tuesday is for Ladies, Families, and Couples (except on Public Holidays).
• Check Global Village's social media channels, website, and app for updates during certain UAE public holidays declared as family days.
• Please verify Ramadan timings on the official site before visiting.
• Free entry applies to children under 3 years old, seniors over 65, and People of Determination ID card holders with one companion each.
• All guests must wear respectful clothing that covers torsos, shoulders, legs, and knees at all times.
• No refunds are available for Global Village entry tickets.
• Reselling or duplicating tickets is strictly forbidden. Offenders will face legal consequences.
• Safety wristbands must be worn by children; these can be obtained from Ticketing Booths and Information Kiosks within the Park.
• Smoking areas are designated within the Park only.
• The right to alter opening times, suspend shows or close attractions due to safety concerns, maintenance, or private events is reserved by Global Village without prior notice or compensation.
• Filming and photography can occur anytime in the park; entering implies consent for such activities. To avoid being photographed, express your wish to filmmakers/photographers upon entry.
• Global Village may deny access or remove any guest from the Park at their discretion if they pose a risk or disrupt operations without refunding tickets.

The Value ticket is unavailable on weekends and public holidays.

Miracle Garden

• Amenities include parking, first-aid rooms, souvenir shops, sitting areas, prayer rooms, and dining options.
• Strict adherence to opening and closing times is required.
• Use designated passages, walkways, and exits only.
• Sitting is permitted in specific areas only.
• Security personnel instructions must be followed immediately without dispute.
• The management can remove any visitor posing threats to flowers or park assets or involved in misconduct.

Note: Skip-the-line tickets do not include skipping security lines.

Dubai Frame

• Up to five individuals per group are allowed entry at one time.
• Larger bags and strollers must be stored at GATE 4 Counter.
• Kids aged 12 or under require adult supervision throughout the visit.
• The meal voucher is not valid for children three years old or younger.
• During Ramadan, operating hours are from 11am to 7pm.
• To redeem your audio guide:
• Download the Headout app on iOS or Android
• Navigate to the account page in the app.
• Select your account icon from the navigation bar and log in using the email linked with your booking.

On the account page, select the audio guide option and proceed to download it. That's all!
