Prohibited Items and Behaviors at Attractions

AYA Universe:

• No food or beverages are permitted. Pack accordingly!

Global Village:

• The display of affection in public is not allowed, and any indecent behavior such as kissing and hugging is strictly prohibited.
• Roller skates, skateboards, bicycles, scooters, and similar wheeled devices are only permitted if rented within the park premises.
• Animals/pets, smoking, food/beverages, and travel luggage/suitcases are not allowed in this experience.

Miracle Garden:

• Professional photography and drones are prohibited at the venue. Note for photographers!
• The garden strictly prohibits food/drinks, scooters/bicycles/pets/hoverboards/balls/barbeque/flower picking.

Dubai Frame:

• Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue.
• No smoking is permitted at Dubai Frame.
• Avoid leaning or climbing over railings, sitting on them, or placing children there.
• Toys and sharp tools must be left outside.
• Do not touch or remove items displayed in exhibitions.

Accessibility Information

AYA Universe:

• The venue is wheelchair accessible.
• Please note that this experience may not be suitable for guests sensitive to flashing lights, loud noises, dark spaces, or photosensitive epilepsy due to safety and comfort considerations.

Global Village, Miracle Garden, and Dubai Frame:

• All these venues are wheelchair accessible.

Additional Information for Visitors

AYA Universe:

• The venue offers parking facilities, free WiFi, and a prayer room. Keep in mind that re-entry is not allowed once you exit the premises.
• All children must be supervised by an adult at all times during their visit.
• Operating hours are from Sunday to Thursday: 10am - 10pm; Friday to Saturday: 10am - 12am. Remember, last entry is one hour before closing time.
• AYA Universe tickets are free for People of Determination and their caregivers with a complimentary second ticket available at the Customer Service desk upon arrival by showing proof of eligibility.

Global Village:

• The entry gates close half an hour before the park's closing time. Note that this is only an admission ticket; shopping, food, entertainment, rides, and shows are not included and will be at your own cost.
• Tickets are valid for a single entry from October 15, 2025 to May 10, 2026 or other designated dates as necessary. Tuesday evenings (except public holidays) are reserved for Ladies, Families, and Couples.
• Some Public Holidays declared by the UAE Government might be family days at Global Village; check social media channels, website, and app for updates during those times.
• Please verify Ramadan timings on the official site before visiting. Children under three years old, seniors over sixty-five, and People of Determination ID holders with one companion can enter free of charge.
• Guests must wear respectful attire covering torso, shoulders, legs, and knees at all times. Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Tickets cannot be resold or duplicated; offenders may face legal consequences.
• For safety reasons, children should have wristbands provided by Global Village at Ticketing Booths and Information Kiosks.
• Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. The Park reserves the right to change opening times, suspend shows or close attractions for various reasons without prior notice or compensation.
• By entering, you consent to being photographed anywhere within the park; if you prefer not to be photographed, communicate this with filmmakers/photographers on site.
• The Park may deny entry or remove guests posing safety risks or affecting others' enjoyment and operations without refund or compensation. Note that Value tickets are unavailable on weekends and public holidays.

Miracle Garden:

• Amenities include parking, a first-aid room, souvenir shops, sitting areas, prayer rooms, and dining options. Adhere strictly to opening/closing times.
• Use designated passages for walking and exiting; seating is only allowed in specified areas. Follow security personnel's instructions immediately without argument.
• The management can expel visitors posing threats or engaging in misconduct within the park. Note: Skip-the-line tickets do not include skipping security lines.

Dubai Frame:

• Groups of up to five are allowed per entry, and large bags/strollers should be stored at GATE 4 Counter.
• All children aged twelve or under must have adult supervision. Meal vouchers do not apply to children three years old or younger.
• Ramadan hours for the venue run from 11 am to 7 pm.

• To redeem your audio guide, download the staybook app on iOS or Android. Log in using the email associated with your booking and navigate to the account page's audio guide option. Download your guide directly from there.
