What to bring
To maintain the respectful atmosphere of this site, opt for smart casual attire. Comfortable shoes are recommended due to walking involved in the tour. It's a good idea to carry water and snacks with you during your visit.
You're allowed to bring luggage on board; however, it must not exceed 30cm x 20cm x 10cm. You can leave your bags securely locked in the car while touring.
What's not allowed
Eating and smoking are prohibited within the Museum premises, as is loud behavior.
Accessibility
The facilities offer infant seats; however, infants must be seated on these rather than held. Please note that this experience isn't accessible for wheelchair or stroller users.
Additional information
We suggest visitors are at least 13 years old and children should always be accompanied by an adult during the tour. If your hotel in Krakow is situated within a traffic-restricted area, pick-up will occur from the nearest possible location; details of this will be provided.
Keep in mind that booked times are tentative and may vary. Transfer durations are also approximate, with exact pickup time confirmed one day prior to the tour (by afternoon at latest).
A security check similar to airport procedures is required for entry into Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum; please be prepared.
