Spend your morning or night in a place where Dubai’s skyline blends smoothly with luxury. The world's highest 360° infinity pool and lounge offers stunning views, whether you're lounging by the water or enjoying an exceptional meal.

What to Expect During Your Visit

Your journey begins at AURA Skypool's main entrance where staff will guide you to your reserved spot. You'll find a variety of seating choices depending on what you've booked: a second-row sunbed with Marina views, a comfortable sofa offering sights of the Palm or Jumeirah areas, or a high table that gives direct access to the Burj Khalifa.

You’ll have exclusive 3-hour access during your chosen time slot:

Sunrise Session runs from 6am–9am and is ideal for early risers who want to see Dubai bathed in morning light. The Evening Session, available between 8pm–11pm, lets you enjoy the city's night lights with a calm and elegant atmosphere.

Relax by cooling off in the temperature-controlled infinity pool while taking in panoramic views of the skyline, ocean, and key landmarks. Towels are provided free of charge along with personal lockers and access to changing rooms.

You can also sample drinks from AURA’s bar or enjoy meals at their kitchen (additional cost), all while relaxing on your sunbed or in the lounge area.

Note: Food is not included. Additional towels, robes, and other items are available for purchase. Outside food and beverages aren’t allowed inside.

Indoor Dining Options

If you'd rather stay dry while still taking in all the sights, AURA offers an indoor dining experience with reserved seating and floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase Dubai’s skyline.

Lunch in the Sky is a 3-course Pan-Asian plated meal served during daylight hours. For Friday Night Brunch, enjoy a shared set menu paired with three hours of free house drinks and live music from a DJ. Bubbly Nights gives you two hours of unlimited sparkling wine along with chef-selected appetizers for an upscale evening out.

Note: Access to the pool isn't included if you choose dining, but you can still explore the deck area during your visit.

Must Know Before You Go

What You Need to Bring

You'll need a valid photo ID that matches the name on your booking. Without this, entry might be denied and no refund will be given. Also, make sure you're wearing appropriate swimwear for pool access—this includes one-piece or two-piece swimsuits, speedos, rash guards, board shorts, and burkinis. If you plan to use the complimentary changing facilities, bringing your own toiletries could be helpful.

What's Not Permitted

Children under 15 are not allowed at any time. After 7pm, guests younger than 21 cannot enter the indoor lounge area. Outside food and drinks aren't permitted on site, nor is food takeaway. Clothing like abayas, sarees, cotton items, jeans, long pants, sheer or see-through garments, and undergarments are not acceptable for pool access. Additional towels and AURA robes can be rented at an extra cost—only one complimentary towel per person is provided. Anyone found to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or behaving inappropriately, will be denied entry without a refund. Also, any unredeemed minimum spend cannot be refunded or transferred.

Important Details and Policies

Your ticket is only valid for the date and time you've booked—it will expire automatically after that. Pool access isn't included with Indoor Lounge Experiences. Complimentary changing facilities and lockers are available on site. If you need to cancel, a full refund is possible if more than 14 days’ notice is given. For amendments, at least seven days' notice is required and availability must be confirmed. AURA Skypool may move your seating for safety reasons in the case of bad weather. Management has the right to refuse entry due to inappropriate swimwear or behavior. By attending, you agree that photography and videography can take place for promotional use. Lastly, AURA Skypool won't be responsible for tickets bought through unofficial sources or fraudulent websites.

• Book your timed entry slot in advance, especially during peak times, to ensure availability and avoid disappointment.
• Arrive with a valid photo ID matching your booking name and appropriate swimwear to streamline the check-in process.
• If you're planning to enjoy the dining experience, consider arriving closer to your reserved time to make the most of the 3-hour access window.
• Choose your poolside spot based on views that interest you—opt for a high table if you want a direct view of the Burj Khalifa.
