Access to the Skypool is timed for a luxurious three-hour experience during either Sunrise from 6am–9am or Evening: 8pm–11pm. Complimentary amenities include towels, lockers, changing rooms, and entry to both bar and kitchen areas (additional charges may apply).

- Sunrise Session: 6am–9am – Enjoy Dubai's cityscape bathed in morning light with tranquil ambiance ideal for early risers.
- Evening Session: 8pm–11pm – Relax above the glowing night lights of Dubai, set against an elegant and ambient evening backdrop.

What’s not allowed
- No entry for guests under 15 years at any time; after 7pm, those below 21 are also barred from the indoor lounge.
- Bringing outside food or drinks is prohibited on premises.
- Disallowed swimwear includes abayas, sarees, cotton clothing, jeans, long pants, undergarments, street attire, and sheer/see-through items.
- Takeaway of any kind from the venue is not allowed.
- Rent additional towels and AURA robes at an extra cost; only one complimentary towel per person will be provided.
- Entry denied for guests under the influence or those exhibiting inappropriate behavior, without a refund.
Unredeemed minimum spend is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another booking.
