Arrive at AURA Sky Pool from 5:45am, where staff will guide you to your reserved seating on the pool deck. After a quick check-in, settle in on your daybed or sofa and prepare for a relaxed morning as the city awakens.

Make sure you have your valid photo ID on hand for easy access. It's also important to pack swimwear such as one-piece or two-piece suits, speedos, rash guards, board shorts, or burkinis along with flip-flops or sandals and sun protection.

Prohibited Items

Outside food and drinks aren't permitted during this experience. Also, children under the age of 15 are not allowed to participate. Additionally, certain clothing items such as abayas, sarees, cotton tops or bottoms, jeans, long pants, undergarments, streetwear, sheer fabrics, or anything considered inappropriate is not allowed.

The Skypool deck area is accessible for wheelchair users. However, guests will need to navigate a few steps when entering and exiting the pool.

More Important Notes

Those between 15 and 18 years of age must be joined by an adult during their visit. Food and drinks aren't included in your ticket price and cannot be used as part of entry. Any breakfast items ordered will incur extra charges. Beverage orders can begin at 6am, while the kitchen opens for service at 7am. Each booking requires a minimum of two individuals to participate.
