Accessibility

• The Hobbiton movie set is wheelchair accessible. However, the lower end of the set is not accessible due to the narrow pathway.

• Wai-O-Tapu geothermal park is not wheelchair accessible.

• Children below 7 years must be in a child safety seat as per the legal requirement in New Zealand. Guests can mention their need for a safety or booster seat during the booking process.

• Guests are allowed to bring one large case and one carry-on bag per person. Guests will have to pay 40$ per item for additional luggage and must make the required arrangements with the operator before the day of the tour.
