Arrive at the Burj Khalifa LG floor (lower ground), just left of the official 'At the Top' entrance. Present your voucher at the main ticket counter for entry, then proceed through security before heading to the world’s fastest elevator.

What to bring

• Bring a valid photo ID to match the name on your booking if requested at the entrance.

• Carry a printed or digital copy of your confirmation voucher to exchange for tickets at the main ticket counter inside Dubai Mall.

What’s not allowed

• Food and beverage provisions are not provided for infants and toddlers (aged 0–4 years). Children aged 5–10 years dine from the à la carte menu.

• Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not permitted inside the Burj Khalifa.

• Pets are not allowed, except for registered service animals.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises.

• Dress code: Smart casual is required. Men cannot wear sports shoes, open shoes, shorts, sandals, or sporty outfits.

• Ladies cannot wear sports shoes, rubber slippers, or sporty outfits.

Accessibility

• The experience is wheelchair accessible, with elevators and accessible restrooms available throughout the venue.

• The Burj Club restaurant is located on the 3rd floor of the Burj Khalifa, not on Level 124 or 125.

• Infants (aged 0–3 years) have complimentary access but do not receive food or beverages.

• The meeting point is at Burj Khalifa LG floor (lower ground), immediately on the left side of the official entry to the Burj Khalifa building named 'At the Top'.

• It can take up to 20 minutes to walk from the Burj Khalifa Metro station to the At the Top counter inside Dubai Mall.

• Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time to allow for ticket exchange and security checks.

• Guests can access At.mosphere directly through the Burj Khalifa Corporate Suites Gate.

• Complimentary valet parking is available at the entrance.
