Prohibited Items and Dress Code
- Outside food, beverages, glassware, alcohol, selfie sticks, handheld GoPros or other action cameras, shoes with thick/rubber soles are not permitted. Pack accordingly!
- A dress code is enforced: one-piece/two-piece swimsuits, speedos, rash guards, board shorts, and burkinis are allowed. Abayas, sarees, cotton tops/bottoms, jeans, long pants, undergarments, street clothing, sheer/see-through items or any inappropriate materials are prohibited.
Regular nappies/diapers aren't permitted in pools or attractions; swim versions can be purchased at venue gift shops.
Policies on Diving and Intoxication
- Diving is banned throughout the resort, including Atlantis Aquaventure Waterpark.
Entry to Aquaventure Waterpark will be denied for intoxicated guests.
Mobile Phone Usage Rules
Mobility phones must be secured in a waterproof neck pouch on slides, except the Vortex body slide. Queue-jumping or saving spots is forbidden and may lead to ejection from Aquaventure Waterpark.
Accessibility Guidelines
Pregnant guests, those with back/neck/joint/cardiac issues, injuries (casts/bandages), or contagious diseases are restricted from participation for safety reasons.

- Lifeguards can provide life jackets available at various locations in Aquaventure Waterpark. They're required for swimmers under 1.2 meters (48”) and suggested for weak/inexperienced ones.
- Children aged three or above, over 1.2 meters tall, are allowed entry.
- Locker/towel rentals incur a small fee; free rental is available with the Dolphin Meet & Greet upgrade.
