What's not allowed
- Packing wisely is essential as outside food & beverages, glassware, alcohol, selfie sticks, handheld GoPro and other action cameras are prohibited. Shoes and aqua socks with thick or rubber soles also aren't permitted on this experience.
- Guests must adhere to a strict dress code: acceptable attire includes one-piece/two-piece swimsuits, speedos, rash guards, board shorts, and burkinis. Abayas, sarees, cotton tops/bottoms, jeans, long pants, undergarments, street clothing, sheer/see-through items or any other inappropriate materials are not allowed.
- Regular nappies/diapers aren't permitted in pools or attractions; however, swim nappies/diapers can be purchased from the venue's gift shops.
- Diving is prohibited throughout both the resort and Atlantis Aquaventure Waterpark.
- Entry to Aquaventure Waterpark will be denied for intoxicated guests.
- Mobile phones must be securely stored in a waterproof neck pouch on water slides, except when using the Vortex body slide.
- Queue-jumping or saving spots is strictly forbidden. Guests violating this policy may be asked to leave Aquaventure Waterpark and cannot rejoin at their original position once they exit a queue.
Accessibility
- Pregnant women, guests with back, neck, joint or cardiac issues, injuries (casts, bandages), or contagious diseases are restricted from this experience for safety reasons.
Additional information
- To request a life jacket at Aquaventure Waterpark, ask a lifeguard. They're available in various locations throughout the park.
- All swimmers under 1.2 meters (48”) are required to wear life jackets and they’re also recommended for weak or inexperienced swimmers of any age.
- Children aged three years and above, who exceed a height of 1.2 meters, may participate in the experience.
- Luckily, locker and towel rentals can be found within the waterpark for a small fee; however, guests with the Dolphin Meet & Greet upgrade receive free locker and towel rental as part of their package.
