Getting started:
The museum operates from 10 am to 7 pm (last entry at 6:00 PM) Sunday to Thursday, and extends its hours until 9 pm (last entry at 8:15 PM) on Fridays and Saturdays. Mobile tickets are accepted upon entrance.

What's not allowed
- Please note that food & beverages cannot be brought along for this experience. Plan accordingly!
- Pets are unable to join due to venue restrictions.
Accessibility
- The venue is accessible by wheelchair and stroller, except the teamLab Future World exhibit which has a designated parking area for strollers.
- To enjoy Aerial Climbing Through A Flock of Colored Birds [Future World: Where Art Meets Science], guests must be at least 1.20m tall.

- Children under 13 years require adult supervision throughout the visit.
- Strollers are not allowed inside the teamLab Future World exhibit due to space and safety constraints.
- The ArtScience Museum is open from Sun – Thu: 10am – 7pm (last entry at 6pm) & Fri – Sat: 10am – 9pm (last entry at 8.15pm).
