• Note: You will receive two separate QR codes—one for Art Aquarium Museum GINZA and one for the Tokyo Subway Ticket. Both must be presented for entry or exchange.

What's not allowed

• Tripods, monopods, and similar photography equipment is not permitted.

• Strobes or any external lighting equipment will not be allowed into the museum.

• Partial ticket exchanges are not allowed; each purchase has a unique QR code and all tickets are activated at once upon scanning.

• Damaged QR codes or Tokyo Subway Tickets with weakened magnetic fields may not work at ticket gates. Avoid placing them near smartphones, home appliances, or magnets.
