What’s not allowed

• Pregnant guests and those with serious back, neck, or heart conditions are not permitted to participate.

• Children under 120 cm in height are not allowed on the ride.

• Unaccompanied minors under 16 years are not permitted; guests under 18 require a guardian-signed waiver.

• Large bags, suitcases, and personal items are not allowed on board.

• Alcohol, drugs, and any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited.

• Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals.

• This experience is not wheelchair accessible.

• Check in at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure at the Sea World Cruises Terminal, Seaworld Dr, Main Beach.

• The total experience duration is approximately 60 minutes (including a 45-minute jet boat ride and safety briefing).

• If transfers are selected, allow up to 2 hours for the full experience including travel time.

• Life jackets are provided and rated up to a maximum of 150 kg.

• Hold onto safety bars at all times during the ride.

• Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before your scheduled experience; cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

• Professional photos and onboard high-definition videos are available for purchase.

• Entry to Sea World Marine Park is not included with your ticket.

• Complimentary onsite parking is available for guests.
