- The Dolphin Paddle experience is suitable for ages 12 and up with all swimming abilities.
- Participants aged 8 and above of any swim level can join the Dolphin Kayak experience.
Ages 8 and older who are confident swimmers may partake in the Dolphin Swim experience.
Additional information
- All guests must arrive at least 5 minutes before their scheduled time. A participant arriving more than 15 minutes late will be marked as a “no show.”
- Participants under 18 require an accompanying adult aged 18 or over who has paid for the experience. Children under 2 receive free access to Dolphin Meet & Greet, with up to three children under 12 allowed per paying adult.
- Your scheduled time is reserved for check-in only and not the actual activity itself.
- Pregnant individuals or those with severe medical conditions should consult a physician before booking this experience.
- Understanding safety instructions in English is necessary to participate.
- Touching animals must be done under dolphin trainer supervision.
- The Dolphin Encounter allows observers on an additional basis, but they cannot enter the water.
- This encounter includes 30 minutes of preparation and another 30 minutes spent in the water.
- A complimentary photo is provided post-Dolphin Meet & Greet for those who opt-in. Other options allow guests to purchase photos at a designated Photo Counter.
- Participants in Dolphin Swim must be confident swimmers, capable of treading water and swimming with mask and snorkel, wearing swimsuits under wetsuits.
- Dolphin Bay can deny entry to anyone appearing intoxicated by drugs or alcohol.
