The Dolphin Paddle experience is open to individuals aged 12 years and above with all swimming abilities. Similarly, those participating in the Dolphin Kayak must be at least 8 years old and possess any level of swimming ability. Confident swimmers who are 8 or older can join the Dolphin Swim.Additional information
Guests should arrive a minimum of 5 minutes before their scheduled start time to avoid being marked as "no show" if they're more than 15 minutes late. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 and over, while children younger than two receive complimentary access at the Dolphin Meet & Greet; up to three kids under twelve can accompany one adult. Note that your scheduled time is for check-in only. Pregnant individuals or those with severe medical conditions are advised to consult a physician prior to booking.English proficiency in safety instructions is required, and touching animals should be done solely on trainer guidance. Observers may join the Dolphin Encounter experience as an additional option but cannot enter the water. This encounter includes 30 minutes for preparation plus another 30 minutes of interaction with dolphins. After participating in the Meet & Greet, guests will receive a complimentary photo; others can buy photos at the Photo Counter.For those opting into the Dolphin Swim, confidence in swimming and treading water is necessary, along with wearing a mask, snorkel, and swimsuit under their wetsuits.
