Please ensure that one person represents the group of travelers in making the reservation. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by separate reservations. Children aged 3 and under do not need to purchase a seat if they are held on an adult's lap and do not occupy a seat alone. However, please be sure to inform us in advance via message of the number and age of the children accompanying you. Children aged 4 and above must purchase a viewing seat. If it rains, the festival will still continue, and the Sandman float will be covered with a large plastic sheet. Please prepare and wear a raincoat in case of rain, and please avoid using umbrellas as they will obstruct the view of other visitors. (The seating area has no roof or sunshade.) Depending on the situation, due to the limited time of traffic control, it may not be possible to see all the Sandman floats. In the event of natural disasters, accidents, coups, wars, strikes, or force majeure, this trip may not be able to continue.
