Getting started

Check in near the Main Stand entrance, where you will meet the abseil team. After a full safety briefing, you’ll be fitted with a harness and helmet before making your way to the stadium’s rooftop to begin your descent.

Know before you go

What to bring

• Make sure to carry a valid photo ID that confirms you are 18 or older, along with your tickets.

What’s not allowed

• Open-toe footwear such as flip-flops and sandals, high heels, and any loose or unsecured clothing.

Accessibility

• This activity is not suitable for guests weighing more than 130 kg (286.6 lb), children under 10 years old, anyone shorter than 1.2 m, or those who are pregnant.

Additional information

• Every participant must complete a waiver form before taking part in the abseil.

• For guests under 18, the waiver must be signed by a parent, guardian, or responsible supervising adult.

• In the event of poor weather, your abseil will be moved to the next available date that works for you.

• Securely fitted glasses and hearing aids may be worn during the experience.

• To take part, guests must:

  • Be at least 10 years of age (with parental consent if under 18)

  • Meet the minimum height requirement of 1.2 m

  • Weigh less than 19 stone (120 kg)

  • Fit safely within the harness (maximum waist 130 cm and thigh circumference 75 cm)

• Participants should not have any medical issues that could affect their safety or the safety of others and must not participate while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
