This experience is not wheelchair accessible. Your guide dogs are welcome only on the 90-min cruise from Centraal Station.

The cruise departing from Damrak Pier is restricted for guests under the age of 18 years. Due to cruise restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.

The route of the boat is subject of change in connection to municipal work and other cruise conditions. The seating plan is arranged before departure. Only guests included in one single booking are guaranteed to be seated together. If your group makes separate bookings, we cannot guarantee adjacent seating. Please make sure to book all tickets for your group in one reservation to sit together. Children up to and including 3 years old may board for free. Children between the ages of 4 and 11 years can board with discounted tickets. Children older than 11 pay the same price as adults. Check-in at least 20 minutes before departure.
