The voucher must be used on the selected date and within operating hours; Invalid after expiration • In case of being infected with Covid-19: Change to another show with same ticket class and quantity of tickets: please kindly provide positive test result with full of personal information. Please note that purchased tickets can be change only once, and the new show date has to be within the next 30 days of the old one. • Seat reservation and confirmation process:• GOLD tickets: within 1 day (excluding holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays), the show organizer will contact you to arrange seats according to the seat map and the order of bookings. After the seats are confirmed, the ticket code will be sent to you via email or Zalo. • RED and BLUE tickets: within 2 days (excluding holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays), the show organizer will arrange seats according to the seat map and the order of bookings. The ticket code will be sent to you via email or Zalo. • For tickets that are booked close to the show date, the show organizer will send the ticket code as soon as possible.
