What to bring

• A valid photo ID is necessary, particularly for guests aged 65 or older, as it may be requested at entry.

Guests must wear shirts and shoes inside the park; appropriate attire is required at all times.

What’s not allowed

• Pets are prohibited except for registered service animals.
• Weapons, sharp objects, smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are strictly banned throughout the park.
• No outside food or beverages are permitted inside.
• Selfie sticks and glass items are not allowed in the park.

Children under 14 must be accompanied by a Supervising Companion aged at least 14; unaccompanied minors will be denied entry.

Accessibility

The entire park is wheelchair accessible, featuring designated paths and facilities for guests with mobility needs.

• Ride height restrictions are as follows: Tots rides (36–52 inches), family rides (42–48 inches), thrill rides (44–52 inches).
• Maximum weight limits apply to some attractions, with a limit of 165 lbs per seat or 300 lbs per ride.
• The Space Madness ride requires children aged 3 to 5 years to be accompanied by an adult.
• Children under the age of 2 are allowed free entry into the park.
• No re-entry is permitted once you exit Nickelodeon Universe.
• Ride availability might change without notice due to maintenance needs.
• The park offers complimentary single-use lockers for thrill rides, available up to 45 minutes per use.
