Make sure you have swimwear and a towel ready before heading out. Older guests who are 65 or above might need to show photo identification at the entrance, so it’s best to carry that along.

Prohibited Items and Policies

Outside food and drinks aren’t allowed inside the water park area. Once you leave, there's no option for re-entry. Kids under the age of 14 must be with someone who is at least 14 years old—no exceptions are made for unaccompanied minors. The wristband you receive is only valid on the day it was purchased and can't be passed along or swapped.

Parking options include Decks B and C, or you can use Lyft or Uber drop-offs at Deck A. Children who are 36 inches tall or shorter can enjoy the Lazy River, Wave Pool, and KungFu Panda Temple of Excellentness Play Structure. Those between 36 and 42 inches may ride in Penguins Frozen Fun Zone and also have access to parts of the KungFu Panda Temple of Excellentness. Guests who are at least 36 but under 42 inches can explore more slides, including some family-friendly options with supervision.Those aged 42 up to 48 inches can enjoy all kids’ play areas and select family rides when accompanied by an adult. Anyone who is 48 inches or taller has access to nearly every ride, slide, and attraction—except those made for younger guests.
