Seamless Activation

Firstly, download the Prague CoolPass App to your iOS or Android smartphone. Enter the order reference code on the App to download the CoolPass. Find your digital pass in the ‘My CoolPass’ section of the App Menu. Also, access it by pressing the QR-code icon My Pass. Note that after downloading the pass, you don’t need the internet to use it.

The pass gets validated after the first use at any attraction. It is valid for consecutive days and not 24 hours. For example, if you validate it on a Monday (at any time), you can use it on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
