How It Works
To begin, download the Digital Prague CoolPass app on your iOS or Android device and enter your order reference code. The pass will be available in your ‘My CoolPass’ section within the app menu. You can also access it by tapping the QR-code icon labeled 'My Pass'. Once downloaded, you don’t need an internet connection to use it — perfect for when you're on the move.
Activation occurs after using the pass at any attraction for the first time. It's valid over consecutive days rather than a fixed 24-hour window. For instance, if your first visit is on Monday, you can make use of the card throughout that day and also on Tuesday and Wednesday without needing to revalidate it.
