- Your mobile ticket and a valid photo ID should be on hand when you arrive.

- No participants under 16 years of age (parental consent needed if under 18).
- Sandals, high heels, or boots with hooks are prohibited.
The use of drugs or alcohol before jumping is strictly forbidden.
Accessibility
- This experience isn’t accessible for wheelchair users. Participants must be able to lift their legs during landing.
Guests weighing between 94kg–110kg will undergo an onsite assessment, with possible additional charges if applicable.
