If a fixed day off falls on a national holiday, the museum will remain open as usual and will be closed on the nearest weekday starting the following day.• The following dates are exceptions to the opening day: April 29, 2025, April 30, May 1, May 6, August 12, August 13, September 23, 2026, and February 11, 2026.• Tickets will be unavailable during the following periods: every Tuesday and Wednesday, and from November 21 to 27, 2025, and January 1, February 13, and February 19 to 20, 2026. There are also occasional temporary closures; please refer to official announcements for details.• In case of severe weather or equipment malfunction, business may be temporarily suspended, and no compensation will be provided for any resulting transportation expenses.• Business hours may vary and some facilities, exhibitions or services may be temporarily suspended; please refer to official announcements before departure. - Entry Rules and Precautions -• Electronic vouchers must be verified by museum staff; please do not verify them yourself. Tickets that have already been verified by the staff will not be accepted for entry.• A smartphone with internet access must be used for verification; tablet devices are not covered by the guarantee.• Intoxicated persons will not be allowed entry. Depending on the level of disturbance, the venue may control the number of visitors and the use of facilities.• Pets are not allowed in the venue (except guide dogs, assistance dogs, and hearing assistance dogs).• Depending on the ticket category, you may be required to show identification; failure to do so may result in a ticket price adjustment or refusal of entry.
