- This pass is exclusively for non-Japanese passport holders with a visa stamp labeled “Temporary Visitor” obtained at immigration.
- An adult or child rail pass holder may travel with up to two infants (1-5 years old) free of charge, but must purchase an additional child pass for every third infant.
Unlimited reserved seating is available on Shinkansen routes between Shin-Osaka and Hakata, as well as express trains.
