Arrive at Wild Florida and check in at least 45-mins before your scheduled departure. After ticket validation, you’ll receive a quick safety briefing and be fitted with ear protection before boarding the airboat.

• Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.

• Please do not touch the animals. This helps keep both you and them safe.

• Do not feed the animals, as they are on a carefully managed diet.

• Avoid yelling at or teasing the animals to ensure a calm and respectful environment.

• Please do not tap on the glass or bang on the enclosures, as it can be stressful for the animals.

• Do not throw rocks or any other objects into the enclosures, as this can be harmful.

• Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere in the Gator Park.

• Please do not climb on or cross any fences or barriers, as they are there for your safety.

Accessibility

• Florida airboat tours are accessible via a wheelchair-friendly ramp that runs from behind the gift shop down to the loading docks.

• Just keep in mind that there are a few steps from the dock to the airboat itself, so guests will need to be physically assisted from their wheelchairs onto the boat.

• Gator Park is also easy to navigate with a wheelchair. All the exhibits are on ground level, and the paths are made of compacted shells and concrete, making them smooth and accessible.
