Getting started

Arrive at the airport 30 mins before your scheduled tour time for ID and ticket verification. Security screening is mandatory before boarding. Headsets are provided before takeoff.

After the flight, your tour group will move to the Hummer boarding area inside the park.

Know before you go

What to bring

• Guests 18 years and older must bring a government-issued form of identification.

• Layered clothing is recommended from March - Sept, and winter clothing from Oct to mid-March. Sneakers or hiking boots are highly recommended.

What's not allowed

• Purses, backpacks, and other baggage are not permitted on the aircraft due to limited space.

• Use of 'selfie sticks' and extended camera poles is strictly prohibited in and around the aircraft.

Additional information

• Guests must provide their own transportation to the Grand Canyon Terminal.

• Passengers weighing 300 pounds (136 kg) or more will be charged for an additional comfort seat.

• In the event of an increased price of aviation fuel, a per-person fuel surcharge may apply.

• Passengers under the age of 15 cannot travel alone and must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 years or older.

• No-show reservations will be canceled if the passenger has not checked in at least 45 minutes before flight time.
