Staybook acts as an intermediary between you and these suppliers; we do not directly operate or control the services offered.

- Identity Information: Such as passport or government-issued ID details, if required for your booking.
- Account Information: If you create an account, we collect your username, password, and other preferences.

3. Bookings and Payments

When you make a booking, you agree to pay all associated fees, taxes, and any additional charges as specified at the time of booking. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation via email. If a booking cannot be confirmed for any reason, you will be notified, and any payment made will be refunded in full.

Staybook acts as an intermediary between users and third-party suppliers, and therefore we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damages that may occur during the course of a tour or stay arranged via our platform. All claims must be directed to the relevant supplier.
Staybook provides its services "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided on our platform.
Staybook's liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid by you for the booking, unless prohibited by law. Under no circumstances will Staybook be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
9. Indemnification
