Had a good experience during our stay. The staff were very courteous and helpful especially the restaurant staff. Ms.Nirupama and Mr.Krishnendu waited upon us and served us very well.,they were always cheerful and courteous..The swimming pool was not very deep(ard 4ft) and hence apt for our kids(aged 8and 10) to swim without any risk! Was clean too. Room was spacious with a large soft bed.24 hrs hot water was available.almost all the main attractions like zoo are ard 20 minutes from the hotel.The only problem is the reception where the staff can be a bit more courteous and quick. This hotel is located in the central Mysore. Mysore palace is just walkable distance from there.
We went there with family with small kids (basically infants).
Rooms are good, spacious enough for stay. We booked deluxe rooms with balcony.
Service is very prompt and good. Their staff is very humble, down to earth and patiently listening to your requests.
Comes to the food, it is tasty and reasonably priced. In breakfast buffet, they have pretty much 7-8 varieties of the items and all are good in taste & stomach filling. Overall good hotel with genuine prices. Rooms:4 Service:5 Location:5
