I am a guest who is staying presently in North Seven, it's been a week now, and this is my fourth time staying here with family and friends. I have never faced anything bad from this hotel, but Thomas and Shibi and the entire team are always at your service.

Why I am writing is that I saw this guy yesterday making problems at the hotel lobby. I am a witness to what happened there, and it looks like he does it intentionally. The child with him was holding a phone, capturing these incidents. I think it's all covered in the CCTV footage too.

Even after Shibi's repeated requests to talk in private, not disturbing others, including me, this person was shouting loudly in front of us, threatening them to call the police and post negative reviews if they didn't provide him with their top executive room at a starting category room rate. He was using abusive language with the front desk lady too.

Then Thomas, the GM, interfered and asked him to check out, offering a full refund. But this guy didn't want to check out and was refused. Thomas said they would have to call the police if he continued irritating the other guests and staff. That's when he checked out in front of us.

One thing I don't understand is whether taking videos of guests and staff, including ladies and the lady manager, Shibi, without their permission is offensive or not?

When I asked the staff at reception this morning about how it went yesterday, they showed me his comment on Google. So I thought I would also write something about my experience as a repeated guest of North Seven. I will personally ask the guests who witnessed this yesterday to review and share their experiences.

Our experience was very bad , Today 29/12/24 Me ,Wife & 2child, didn't book the room in advance , we went and check the room directly, the receptionist lady arranged a staff and he has shown a room 4800+tax including breakfast fast, it was a suit room , I have checked the room @ 10.30Am, really liked the room ,I requested to receptionist pls keep it ready for me, she said no problem pls come back at 12pm and we came there at 11.45Am . Paid Rs5000 & checked in , balance will pay upon checkout.

I have shocked when enter the room , it's not a suit room and a doubleroom only , immediately..I told that staff ,pls allow me to cancel this room .. I have explained to him , he told me just wait .. after few minutes he came and told me ... Sir it's a mistake happened by another staff.. no problem Sir ... I can arrange a another suit room with less price ,pls see . I said ok , we went second floor.. time 12.40pm ... they have shown me another suit room without dining table.. @Rs6350 inclusive all, I said ok because we all are very tired.. after 10 mnts we have checked in the room ... ...after few minutes we have ordered some food. Immediately i came to know the bedroom key is not in the lock , immediately called to room service they said will give now.. after 30 minutes I called them again not picking and I called reception not picking after 15 minutes calling to house keeping not answered.. then calling to receptionist .. she said.. Sir will call you back within 2 minutes... but we were waiting for 15 minutes ... no one has called us.. time 2.10.pm.
I went down to receptionist... i have asked them.. Why u people are not replying ... no Sir ,Iam trying to call ... many excuses... then I requested, need to meet Hotel manager, one lady came to me and self introduced I am the manager... I requested for bed room key.. she said Sir no one asked us this key so far.... this key is not with us .. its with accountant ... why u are asking.. i said .. different customers different need , why u want know my requirements.. madam what u asked me i have paid ... until tomorrow at 11am this room is mine and the room key is with your accountant... its not fair .. same time the manager has called to GM Mr.Thomas.. I have explained him everything to their staff but knowingly, they can't support us because all are their staff..
The above points are discussed with GM... no way ,may be season time... he is not understanding what is my issue.. keep on arguing that for the key with accountant... he said no more explanation if you want , pls leave the room... I said ok I am happy to leave room... Gm has said you have to pay some payments... I said ok ... he said ... need to pay 2500 for 1.3hour ...I couldn't accept.. i said no problem I am not vacating .. I will continue until tomorrow @11am ...

Then the lady manager said no .. its not possible... u have take permission from GM .. I asked why .. I have paid full payment until tomorrow... if you want me to leave u have to pay back fully then only I will leave... after so may arguments.. I told i will call Police and media's...
Immediately GM has slow down and said without any charge u can leave ... I said ok with pleasure...
I have checked out immediately and paid some food & beverage item which was taken from their fridge... I am writing @ 4.30pm same day from Gokulam Park In .... Some people are different... pls don't be like their GM(Operation Manager)& manager. Rooms:1 Service:1 Location:3

Regarding your reply: I am quite sure that I had booked through the website of northseven.in and didn't go to any third party website, so have no idea if staybook is handling that website. Also just wanted to inform no one from the staybook team has contacted me or emailed me anything regarding the refund. One of your staff had contacted me and had told me he will send details on how to contact staybook and help me with this. But I didn't receive any help after that call. It's not that the amount charged was big but it's a matter of transparency that we expect while checking into a 4 star hotel as yours. Rooms:4 Service:1 Location:4

Why did you block him ? He has all the replies that you mentioned in his review reply.
That's why I am writing this for your better understanding..
First of all, he didn't say any lies. He mentioned everything point by point with time explained on his review .. blatant lies are telling your side.
You didn't mention in your reply what our need was. Simply you and your team ignored all the time .It was a different type of trigger..
2 times he went down and spoke to your staff's with me . What kind of abuse did he have done with your staff's ? 2 or 3 times spoken to ur staff over the phone ,that time me , my mother & sister with him ... he communicated with politely only , Uncle pls understand i have captured 2 videos on my phone , everything is available in the same.

After vacating your hotel we have checked in Gokulam Park In Hotel , really we realised what the meaning of hospitality is, that's why we extended one more day. Very nice experience.

One thing I am telling you, Uncle, for your hotel good future, kindly keep in your team professionals ... especially that lady manager.. she only this simple issue made as big , i have thoroughly followed their conversation.. many times, she has provoked and triggered, but she didn't try to solve it.
As per your review reply, u have mentioned the hotel policies. The same time guests also have their rights, kindly don't forget.

My pappa is travelling around the world often and has stayed in many hotels. This is a terrible experience for him as well as us.

Iam 12yrs old , i have also experienced with many hotels with family , last year we stayed in The Presidency Hotel enjoyed their service , this time also we went there unfortunately rooms are not available, due to our swift trip plan, thats why we came to you.

We have booked 3 rooms from booking.com and when we arrived at the hotel they gave our room to someone else and won’t let us speak to the manager by making stupid excuses. They won’t refund for the rooms they gave away and won’t send an official email telling that we will get a refund. This hotel has the WORST service I’ve ever experienced and I will make sure to never come back here again and this person at the desk won’t even tell his name nor have the basic decency to talk to a customer. What language u are using, u dont have any credibility to serve to guests. Use this type of language in ur family , and don't keep out.
I am also a victim of your terrible service on the 29th.

My husband spoke to ur staff and u , all recorded as vedios 2nos with us.

In malayalam, there is a phrase " Aniyathiye Kannichu Chettathiye kettichu.
First they have shown us good room and we paid and checked in a normal room ,pls dont repeat.
And we asked our room key is with your accountant, surprised.
What kind of abusing word he has used any proof. i am challenging u.
Also, please don't use ur dirty language to us ,keep use in ur home/ hotel, or public will teach u a lesson.

I stayed for a night recently in Dec 24. Rooms are clean and spacious. Bathroom is clean and big size.
