Staybook Hospitality Private Limited reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations where a customer has engaged in a fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.

If canceled before 7 days: 85% refund, Between 7 days-72 hrs: 50% refund, Less than 72hrs, No-Shows or Early Checkout: No refund.

Under 'Cancellation policies', you can choose between a fully flexible or a customized policy - or apply different policies to different room types.

Staybook will notify the cancellation and amendments made by the Staybook Guest and the Hotel shall process refunds as per the booking/cancellation policy of the ORIGINAL Hotel for which the booking was made.

Any adverse change(s) in the booking terms as provided by the Hotel, including the cancellation policy, refund policy, etc. shall only be applicable with prospective effect for bookings made after the implementation of the revised terms.

We reserve the right to change the cancellation policies of any hotel.

Staybook shall share with Staybook an updated cancellation policy at the time of sharing its inventory. Any adverse change(s) in the booking terms as provided by the Hotel, including the cancellation policy, refund policy, etc. shall only be applicable with prospective effect for bookings made after the implementation of the revised terms.

In case of a No-show entire booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

The amount refundable to the customers in case of cancellation of booking shall be as per the cancellation policy as informed by the Hotel to Staybook from time to time. The cancellation policy provided regarding bookings made through Staybook shall be favorable to the policy provided by the Hotel regarding booking through any other third party or on its website.

Generally speaking, we recommend that you allow guests to cancel for free until one or two days before check-in.
