• The foreign nationals should present the passport identification along with this, they should provide their visa at the time of check-in
• Guest can check in at noon on the day of arrival and can check out at 11 am on the day of their check out, if the guest requires an early check-in and late checkout then they need to inform the Hotels managers this facility is only applicable based on availability (charges Applicable).

• Guest would required to fill out the self-declaration form at the time of check-in, if some guest denies to fill out the form then those guest would not be allowed to check into Hotels.

• We match the price and it's our responsibility to provide you the lowest rates of the same Hotel Rooms displayed on different websites, if somehow guest finds the room rates cheaper on another website we'll pay the difference back to the guest. Our team monitors the rates 24*7 on different websites so that we can accommodate the guest with the best Hotel Rooms at the cheapest price.
• The room rent shown on our website includes taxes there are no hidden or extra charges on the prices that guests see on our website, in terms of the guest wanting to upgrade the room then they have to addition cost.

• All the payments made on our website are secured we have an authorized payment gateway RAZORPAY, details of credit cards would be hidden and no one can access them. Multiple payments methods are accepted Guest can either make the payment at the time of booking if not they are advised to make the payment at the Hotels by method they want card, UPI, bank Transfer.
• In terms of direct or walk-in booking the hotel rates would be the same as displayed online and can avail of any payment methods like credit or debit card, UPI, cash, or even bank transfer.
Booking
• As a customer makes a booking we share a booking confirmation email and a text message to a registered number on which theirs a booking confirmation number that states room booking stands confirmed.
• Pay at hotelsBookings made from our platform are free cancelation no charges would be applicable on those bookings.
• If any person book 4 room would be treated as a group booking and automatically our team member would be assigned to them and will contact to guest.
• You must look at the booking carefully as the name of the booking should be correct and should provide the correct details as a guest would not be able to edit these details later, these details can only be edited by Staybook representative over call. If the booking is made for some other person guest should ensure that the The booking name is correct.
• You are not allowed to sell these bookings to others at much higher prices.
• StayBook reserves the right to cancel the booking at any moment if guests misbehave at Hotels.
• Any bookings made from Staybook official website guest can avail 15% off on food in-room dining.
• You want to modify the booking in terms of change of check-in and checkout dates can be easily performed by just contacting our customer service representative.
• You can avail of free cancelation on prepaid bookings just need to cancel the booking 24 hours before the check-in date if not then we are not liable for free 100% cancellation.
• The Hotels room would be allotted as per the booking made by the guest, if the guest wants a room upgrade then the customer has to pay the cost of upgraded Hotels room rent.
• One child below the age of 5 would be allowed to stay in the room with the superlative occupancy mentioned on our Website.
• As per security standards, visitors are allowed to stay in the guest room for only one hour between 2 pm to 5 pm.
• Smoking in public places of our hotels will not be allowed.
• If the guest damages any of the Hotels of StayBook then we have the right to charge you the cost of damage to items inside the Room.
• If you disagree with the above-mentioned terms then our team has the right to terminate your booking at any time and guests will be made to leave the Hotels.
Pet policies

• All Hotels are pet friendly, only at the condition that they didn't disturb our other guests.
• any damages are made by pets in the Hotels premises then they haveto pay the damages
• Pets are not allowed in the common areas of the Hotels.
• Pets are allowed on a chargeable basis as this amount only be used for the specialized cleaning so that we can make the room clean and suitable for the next guest.
Guarantee
• Spotless clean bed sheet- we promise that our bed sheets are Spotless.
• Bed comfort- we use a memory foam mattress so that our beds can support various body types.
• Super clean washroom- we guarantee our washroom is clean with 24*7 hot and cold showers with adequate pressure are available.
• We promise that we provide the rooms after satisfying the above three points if the guest feels the bed sheets are not cleaned then we'll change the bed sheets and then provide the rooms to the guest or somehow the guest sees the visible dust in the room we'll change the room or even as per availability we'll upgrade the room free of cost, only on the condition that the guest tells our staff in just 1 hour of the check-in if they complain about these after this time limit then we'll not consider those as StayBook Hotels fault.
